This patient was unhappy with a front tooth that had broken off as well as being self conscious about the pointed tooth on the right side and a few other worn down teeth.

Procedure: The broken tooth was extracted and an implant immediately placed. Then crowns were placed to replace the pointed, discolored and misshapen teeth. The patient was very happy with the result.
