This patient had discolored teeth with a diastema (space) between her central incisors (upper front teeth). Her laterals were too short with overlapping of her two front centrals. The patient had large discolored restorations and the canines were too prominent.
Procedure: Porcelain crowns and laminates were placed to straighten, widen the arch, and give this patient the smile she always dreamed about.
This patient had short, discolored, chipped, and rotated teeth. She hated her misaligned and gummy smile. This patient stated that she was self conscious of her teeth and never liked to smile.
Procedure: Her upper teeth were made longer by performing a laser gum recontouring. The color, shape, and alignment of the teeth were changed with porcelain veneers and crowns.
