This patient was not happy with her chipped, discolored restorations. She had a very gummy smile with her upper teeth positioned lingually. This accentuated the discolored and poorly formed restorations.
Procedure: Porcelain crowns were placed to straighten and change the shape and color of her teeth. Her teeth were also brought out facially.
This patient now feels confident and wonderful about her new beautiful smile!
This patient didn’t like her stained old fillings with, large gaps between her teeth. She also felt that her teeth flared out and didn’t want braces.
Procedure: We closed her spaces, recontoured her teeth, and decreased the flair of her upper anterior teeth with porcelain crowns. Proper fitting and anatomically correct porcelain crowns improved the health of the gingival tissue and made for a very pleasing smile.
