The patient did not like the look of her smile. Her upper teeth were all pitted and discoloured. The was a dark line running horizontally through the teeth, probably due to developmental trouble when the teeth were being formed.
Procedure: As the teeth were strong the decision was made to do veneers instead of crowns. After bleaching, seven porcelain veneers were placed on the upper front teeth. The Patient was very happy with the result.
The young patient had large, old, stained bonded restorations on her front teeth. The bonding had been placed when she was very young due to an accident causing the teeth to break. The bonding had been replaced and polished numerous times but now she was old enough to get permanent restorations placed.
Procedure: After bleaching two porcelain Veneers were placed on her two upper front teeth. The look is very natural and she is very happy.
