DR. MARY-LOU CAMPBELL

Dentist

Dr. Mary-Lou Campbell was born in Vancouver and has been practicing for more than 22 years. She graduated in 1985 from the University of British Columbia with a degree in Dentistry and a Bachelor of Science. After living in London, England for 5 years, she returned to Vancouver and opened her practice.

Mary-Lou is passionate about both the art and science of dentistry. She incorporates high levels of service, quality dentistry and technology in her practice so that her patients receive the very best treatment possible.

She participates in many graduate training programs and is currently an instructor at UBC in Prosthetic and Restorative Dentistry.

Needless to say, Dr. Campbell loves her work. She is warm, relaxed, brings a sense of humour and treats patients like friends while all the time maintaining the professionalism and trust you expect from your dentist. Patients have commented that "Mary-Lou's practice feels like home".

Mary Lou spends extra time with patients discussing and understanding their dental needs so that she can provide them with treatment options that meet both their financial and aesthetic needs – and she will do the same for you !

Certified Dental Assistant

Anita has worked with Dr. Campbell for almost 20 years. As a team they are seamless – “we finish each other’s sentences!!” Dr. Campbell relies on Anita’s technical knowledge, skills and abilities, loyalty and support. Anita’s aesthetic eye and artistic sense are highly valued when prescribing an appropriate treatment. Patients describe Anita as having a comforting nature that allows them to feel at ease. Her extensive training and experience will assist you in understanding and making intelligent decisions about your dental treatments.

Sharon

Certified Dental Assistant

Sharron, who recently completed her dental assisting program, started with us in November 2007. Her enthusiasm and thirst for knowledge are contagious and she is a pleasure to have around the office. We have no doubt that you will agree!!

Gaye

Dental Hygienist

Gaye has been practicing as a hygienist for almost 20 years both here and in South Africa. She joined our team in 1994. Patients have commented frequently how gentle, understanding, encouraging and non judgmental she is. Gaye has taken time off on two separate occasions to have children. She has returned to our office to continue building the practice. We are all grateful that she is willing to commute from the North Shore …………and you will be too!

Nicole

Dental Hygienist

Nicole has practiced as a hygienist for more than 17 years. Nicole has a gentle, easy rapport with patients and fits in well with our team. She has worked with us on a part time basis for more than 4 years . Her Fridays and Saturdays book up quickly and she keeps her patients entertained with stories of her ongoing travel and sporting adventures.

Sheila

Business Administrator

Sheila has been in the dental business for almost 20 years. During this time she has seen many changes in dentistry and has kept up with the changing dental environment.

Sheila is well versed with all the systems and skills that are necessary for the smooth operation of a dental practice. She thoroughly enjoys what she does and prides herself in providing optimum patient comfort and service.

In her spare time, Sheila involves herself in various community activities and catches up with her reading of spiritual literature.
